Through the ages mankind has always come up with new and innovative ways of making beverages - moderately or very strong. Wine, liqour, beer, cider to mention a few. In the age of the vikings mead was preferred drink of choice.
Wine is made all over Europe and around the world being the more sophisticated addition to a meal, just a bit of relaxation or a romantic interlude.
Beer is more the common people's choice which usually is served as an alternative to wine and, for example, is the preferred beverage for footballers at pub or other establishments of that kind.
For even more sophisticated consumption liquor and strong spirits, for example whiskey - usually with a couple of lumps of ice - is served as a apertife or at gentlemen's clubs along with a cigar.
The theme for this weeks is Drinks - Name Your Poison. Hope you will enjoy it and find creative and wonderful ways to portray it. Looking forward to your entries. best Anders.
The New Rules:
Each week we will post an original photo creatively edited or not.
All photos or collages must contain words somewhere on the image or placed in an area on the image most suitable to be seen clearly by all.
The idea behind this group is to expand our minds through our photography in a creative manner.
Photos must be your own, but the words can be someone else's as long as credit is given to the original author, unless unknown, whereby a simple "author unknown" will suffice.
Your post can either be serious, or if you'd like, comical, but never obscene .
Posts can either contain one word, sayings, statements, quotes, or full poems ... As long as the words fit the theme, it is Your choice.
All posts are to be done on your own site in a blog form
with a link back to it being left here or on Muze.
New topics will be posted on Sundays.
Posts can be made through to the following Saturday.
One post per person only please..
What a feast!!!

ReplyDeleteHa ha, Fun theme. As I don't keep any "poison" in the house, I had to go in search of some. Luckily I came upon a very prominent example.
