Images & Words #91- I'VE SEEN BETTER DAYS

Hi there everyone!

Welcome to week #91, and lovely to see you all again! Mia here and for this week I've chosen the theme: I'VE SEEN BETTER DAYS" (thanks Vic). It can be of anything that you think "has seen better days"...

Here is a photo
I took last week of something in the neighbourhood that sure has SEEN BETTER DAYS lol. I'm not sure what it was used for in the past...

Lonely days have gone
memories still echo here
of happier times

The rules:

Each week we will post an original photo with words on it.
The idea behind this group is to expand our minds through our photography.
Photos must be your own, but the words can be someone else's as long as credit is given after the words. Your post can either be serious, or if you'd like comical, but never obscene.
Posts can either have one word on them, quotes, or full poems ... Your choice.
All posts are to be done on your own site in a blog form with a link back to it being left here.
New topics will be posted on Sundays.
Posts can be made through Saturday.
One post per person only please.

It will be such fun to see what you all come up with.
Enjoy

Mia

  11. Mia that is a good photo for this theme. It could be an old shed for some machinery ie a pump or even an outside water closet although if you had looked inside you probably would have seen the evidence of that. lol.
Love the photo and the theme.
    Got one for you here.

  12. It's just sitting on it's own in the middle of a field Milli. So a bit of a mystery....

  14. What a poor, dilapidated house. But I'm sure it remembers the happier days. :)

  15. Marianne, it's a lot bigger and taller and on it's own in a field, so doesn't make sense for an outhouse unless it's for the sheep lol... Can't wait to see your pic!

  21. It has been a busy, yet boring, foggy couple of days since I got my camera out. But instead of something new, I picked something that still sticks with me on this one. I often wonder how could this moment have helped me find the partener of my life time. I would have gone running away and never looked back just thinking about what she put up with. LoL so here is my " Ive seen better days"
