Images And Words ~ Pot Luck.

Welcome to Images and Words  118

Last week we had our special guest hostess Debby challenging us all and I wish to thank Debby For Her Cool Theme 'Beat The Heat'.

This week I am throwing caution to the wind as I invite you all to choose your own theme and accompanying words.

So yes it's....

Pot Luck.

I look forward to visiting all of your posts this week.

Have Fun and Enjoy.

Cheers From Milli x

The quote above is by Arnold Newman.

The Rules:

Each week we will post an original photo with words on it. The idea behind this group is to expand our minds through our photography.

Photos must be your own, but the words can be someone else's as long as credit is given after the words.

Your post can either be serious, or if you'd like comical, but never obscene .

Posts can either have one word on them, quotes, or full poems ... Your choice.

All posts are to be done on your own site in a blog form with a link back to it being left here.

New topics will be posted on Sundays.

Posts can be made through Saturday.

One post per person only please.

  3. Good Morning Everyone.
May I clarify that the quote is not mine. I do not know who wrote it but I would love to know who did.
Any help as to who the author is would be welcomed.
The photo is mine lol but that goes without saying. The quote also sums up my thoughts about my little world of photography.

  5. Milli, thank you for having me host last week. it was so much fun, and I loved all the photos "that make you go ahhhhhh". So cool and refreshing viewing them! They really helped me beat the heat last week.

Love your photo and thank you for a glimpse into your own private world. Those words are so true aren't they? Our photographs are little pieces of ourselves!

  6. Milli, your photo and words are so true, not only for photography but also for writing and other arts. Our own world presented for others to see and, we hope, enjoy. I do enjoy your presentations.

By the way: Is anyone else having trouble with Picnik blurring pictures that were clear when you uploaded them? I took down the image I edited on Picnik and put it up as I took and cropped it.

  15. I wish I could see your Photo.
It seems to have been replaced by an exclamation mark inside a warning triangle.
    I've struggled this week.

  16. Thanks for alerting me Dave. For some reason Multiply deleted my photo.
Maybe because it was the first time I have used Picasa 3 upload and made a copy across to Multiply.
Oh well you should see it now. I have uploaded it to Multiply and then zoomed it and enlarged it. Copied and pasted it into this blog. Let us see how this goes now.
