This week we take on a theme that most certainly forms a big part of our lives..FOOD.

Please use the theme in any way that suits you best. 

I have made up a collage showing some of the process for making Quince Jelly. 

What a beautiful and colour full concoction it is as it takes on the most amazing ruby red colour whilst remaining clear sweet and with a silky smooth texture.
