- Tutorial: Adding Words to a Photo Via Picnik

http://imageswithwords.multiply.com/journal/item/3/Tutorial_Adding_Words_to_a_Photo_Via_Picnik
Reposting a link on how to add word to a photo that Danni did a year ago. We noticed that some of the photos people are posting don't have the words on them. Hopefully this helps out. If anyone has any question on how to do it please let us know and we will be happy to help you out !!!!! Thanks !!!!!

  1. picnik is kinda slow to broadband providers, so if i may suggest?
you can also add words using ms powerpoint (2003, 2007 or 2010).
open a new slide. blank layout. insert photo. insert text box, write text. save slide as jpg or png file. :)
and u're ready to go. hope this helps.

  4. I don't have Powerpoint, so I use either Picnik or Picasa. Either one works fine for me

  5. Picasa works great when I do not feel like opening photoshop it has even picked up all my fonts from there.

  6. I use PAINT to add text to photos.
PAINT is on all computers in Start UP.
It is very simple to use.
    Self explanatory.

You can also do anything in Windows live Photo Gallery
    that You can in Picnik.
Like cropping , color exposure, contrast. even straighten
a photo and lots of other things Under "Fix" in Windows Live Photo Gallery.
This is on Computers in the Microsoft Windows Live Programs.
Picnik is way too complicated for me.

They are all built right into Your computer. It isn't necessary to download anything.
    This works for me.

  12. "Picmonkey" is basically the same thing as Picnik, which was shut down in April.
They just changed the way things are presented.
It's Wonderful for adding words to anything.
It is all the things that picnik had, with a lot of added features.
